All of Blue Lynx's candidates are entered into this database using tailor made key words which highlight interests, strengths etc., and provide the Recruitment Consultant with a profile for each candidate.
Furthermore, as per the company's golden rule no candidate is recommended for a job until they have been interviewed by a Recruitment Consultant. Blue Lynx's Recruitment Consultants have professional and industry experience and are able to not only make a detailed profile of the candidates, but also to provide career advice and guidance if required. Only by knowing its candidates is Blue Lynx in a position to suggest a match to a client.
